At Le Voile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
